Who we are

Watcher on the Wall is a hosted service operated by 3030 Labs LLC ("3030 Labs", "we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company. The open-source daemon is licensed under AGPL-3.0; the hosted service code is proprietary.

What we collect

  • Account data: email address and authentication credentials (managed by Supabase Auth).
  • Wiki content: source files you upload, the wiki pages your hosted daemon compiles from them, and the provenance chain that records every operation.
  • BYOK credentials: your Anthropic API key, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only at daemon spawn-time. We never see or pay for your LLM usage.
  • Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID; payment details are stored by Stripe, not by us.
  • Operational logs: error reports via Sentry (with credential redaction applied before transmission), daemon health metrics, and admin audit logs of administrative actions.

What we do with it

We use your data to operate the service: run your hosted daemon, store your wiki, send transactional email, process billing, and diagnose errors. We do not sell your data. We do not use your wiki content to train any models.

Where it lives

  • Supabase hosts your account, wiki metadata, and provenance records.
  • Fly.io hosts your dedicated daemon container.
  • Stripe handles payment processing.
  • Resend handles transactional email.
  • Sentry handles error tracking (with redaction applied before transmission).

Account deletion

You can request account deletion at any time from your settings page. Deletion is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel. After the cooling-off period:

  • Your wiki, sources, and dedicated daemon are destroyed.
  • Your account row is archived (not removed) to preserve the integrity of the immutable compliance audit log; the archive retains only what compliance requires.
  • You receive a confirmation email.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion (subject to the cooling-off process above). Contact support@3030labs.io.

Children

Watcher on the Wall is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active users via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
